Q: Who is ATAF?
A: The Association of Trans American Friendship (ATAF) is a dynamic network to promote cooperation of decision makers and civil society in the fields of business, culture and social life on both sides of the Atlantic.
High quality has always been the hallmark of ATAF's programs of round-table debates, as evidenced by the highest-level speakers that our forum attracts. Over the years, the scope of interest of the association has extended well beyond the TransAtlantic relationship to the global scene.
ATAF continues to attract new members, who find that the quality debates on key policy issues with speakers who are leaders or business executives in their field, and the access to high-level networking opportunities as sharing our goals and values for them and their organizations.
ATAF, as an international not-for-profit organization is also open to cooperation with all parts of civil society as well as other organizations. We also promote partnerships with different organizations, associations as well as local communities.

A: The Association of Trans American Friendship (ATAF) works towards for a better understanding of mutual interests between America & Europe, and its relation. Our activities are open to all who are interested in American and European relations.
ATAF aims to improve the overall relationship between America & Europe and vice versa. Therefore, the organization is active in several areas.
ATAF is neither a think tank nor a lobbying work force. ATAF remains however committed to providing its members with unique opportunities to engage in meaningful, high-level and informed dialogues that contributes to real outcomes for a better understanding between America & Europe. A: The Association of Trans American Friendship (ATAF) was incorporated early 2019.
ATAF is established and registered in the U.S.A. as a private and independent non-profit organization with affiliates all over Europe.
Furthermore, ATAF is registered as an international not-for-profit and non-governmental organization in certain countries of the E.U. for promoting and building bridges between America and Europe. [top]
